We currently offer the ability to order online to all countries within the EU and to a limited number of countries outside of the EU.
If you are outside of the EU and wish to order online we recommend you register for a Trade Account - you will then not be charged UK VAT on your order. Please note, if you do not have a trade account and you order from outside of the EU, you will be charged standard UK VAT and this is not refundable.

We offer Free of Charge Standard Delivery for orders over £25 + VAT across most of mainland UK*. This gives delivery within 1-2 working days from stock being available for us to despatch. Free carriage is only available for web-based orders (Please note that if the lead time on an item states 7 days then delivery will be 8-9 days from the date of order).
Standard Delivery for any order being delivered outside mainland England will incur a delivery charge which will be calculated by weight and added to your basket at checkout. For international orders delivery will be between 3-7 (local customs clearance depending) working days from the stock being available for us to despatch. Please note that if the lead time on an item states 7 days, then delivery will be 10-14 from the date of order.
Costs shown for international orders do not include local taxes and duties - these will be payable by the importer at the time of import into the country - Energy Solutions cannot and do not take this charge.
*Due to increased courier costs for Northern parts of Scotland, an additional small surcharge may be added
We offer an Express Delivery option for orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). The charges for Express Delivery will be applied in your basket and are based on weight of the order and destination address. The Express Delivery option is available for items in stock and those with lead times, it ensures a quicker arrival date than choosing Standard Delivery.
If for any reason we are unable to deliver a product within our normal timeframes we will call or email you to notify you of this.
Please note that we do not offer free delivery on any orders placed via telephone, fax or email
You can track the status of your order on-line in the Account section of the site. This will show you when your order has been despatched - it will be flagged as "completed", you will also receive an email when the goods are despatched, If an order is showing as "pending" it may be that part of the order has been despatched and the rest is on back order, or the whole order is waiting to be despatched.
We are happy for you to collect your order from our head office if that is more convenient. Please indicate this on your order and we will hold your order here at Rochester for you.
We are happy to undertake returns as per our terms and conditions. Please ensure however that you study the technical information for each product carefully as we can only offer an exchange if the item is faulty.
You may cancel your order within 7 days of the date of collection or delivery. Notice of cancellation should be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are returning a product because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.
On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost within 10 days of receipt, unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, in which case we will meet the cost of return to a maximum of the original order delivery cost after obtaining a returns number from us.
The goods must be returned in their original packaging and returned in packaging suitable (as despatched by us) to keep them part protected from damage in transit.
Free repairs are offered on faulty goods within warranty. Outside of warranty, the unit will be repaired/replaced at the relevant cost; all prices will be quoted before work is carried out.
