UK Orders

ES Store offers Free Delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses placed on-line (except batteries orders under £500). All orders are checked before dispatch to confirm delivery address details.

All prices shown are EXCLUSIVE of VAT at 20%. VAT is added in your shopping basket.

All UK mainland deliveries will receive Free Delivery except for battery orders under £500 which will be charged £35 delivery.

Deliveries to Highlands & Islands/Channel Island addresses will be charged at £25 (excludes batteries).

We aim to deliver all UK orders within 5-7 working days. However, this may vary and does not apply to certain products such as tank senders, certain batteries and generators. The specific timescales for these products are outlined in their sections.

Should you require an urgent delivery please call our sales office on 01634 290772 who will be able to advise you on this.

If for any reason we are unable to deliver a product within our normal timeframes we will call or email you to notify you of this.

You can track the status of your order on-line in the Your Account section on the site. This will show you when your order has been dispatched.

Please note we do not offer free delivery on orders placed via telephone, fax or email.

Overseas Delivery & Carriage

We now offer shipping to selected European countries of all our products except batteries. The countries we ship to are:

Channel Islands, Ireland, Holland, Belguim, France, Monaco, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Andorra, Italy, Malta, Cyprus, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Slovinia, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.

The charge for all overseas orders is £35 + VAT. Delivery will normally take 5 - 10 working days. We will only deliver to the address of the card holder. If you require delivery to a different address you will need to call our sales office to place the order.

You are able to track the status of your order in the Your Account section on-line which will tell you when the goods have been dispatched.

If you are are outside of these areas and wish to order goods please call our sales team on + 44 1634 290772 and place your order with them directly, where they will be able to give you accurate shipping costs and delivery times for worldwide deliveries.

Please note any offers of free delivery will not apply to non-UK delivery addresses.

Collect in person

We are happy for you to collect your order from our head office if that is more convenient. Please indicate this on your order and we will hold your order here at Rochester for you.

Returns

We are happy to undertake returns as per our terms and conditions. Please ensure however that you study the technical information for each product carefully as we can only offer an exchange if the item is faulty.

You may cancel your order within 7 days of the date of collection or delivery. Notice of cancellation should be made by email to esstore@energy-solutions.co.uk. If you are returning a product because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.

On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost within 10 days of receipt, unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, in which case we will meet the cost of return to a maximum of the original order delivery cost after obtaining a returns number from us.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging and returned in packaging suitable (as despatched by us) to keep them part protected from damage in transit.

Warranty Repairs

Free repairs are offered on faulty goods within warranty. Outside of warranty, the unit will be repaired/replaced at the relevant cost; all prices will be quoted before work is carried out.
