UK Orders

Currently ES Store only delivers to UK addresses. All orders are checked before dispatch to confirm delivery address details.

All prices shown are EXCLUSIVE of VAT at 17.5%. VAT is added in your shopping basket.

All UK deliveries will receive FREE delivery except for battery orders under £500 which will be charged £35 delivery. 

We aim to deliver all UK orders within 5 working days.

Should you require an urgent delivery please call our sales office on 01634 290772 who will be able to advise you on this.

If for any reason we are unable to deliver a product within our normal timeframes we will call or email you to notify you of this.

Once your product has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email of dispatch. If you do not then receive your item as expected contact on 01634 290772 or email es-store@energy-solutions.co.uk.

Overseas Delivery & Carriage

We will currently only ship to UK addresses. If you are outside of the UK please call our sales team on + 44 1634 290772 and place your order with them directly, where they will be able to give you accurate shipping costs and delivery times for worldwide deliveries.

Note any offers of free delivery will not apply to non-UK delivery addresses.

Collect in person

We are happy for you to collect your order from our head office if that is more convenient. Please indicate this on your order and we will hold your order here at Rochester for you.

Returns

We are happy to undertake returns as per our terms and conditions. Please ensure however that you study the technical information for each product carefully as we can only offer an exchange if the item is faulty.

You may cancel your order within 7 days of the date of collection or delivery. Notice of cancellation should be made by email to esstore@energy-solutions.co.uk. If you are returning a product because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.

On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost within 10 days of receipt, unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, in which case we will meet the cost of return to a maximum of the original order delivery cost after obtaining a returns number from us.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging and returned in packaging suitable (as despatched by us) to keep the part protected from damage in transit.

Warranty Repairs

Free repairs are offered on faulty goods within warranty. Outside of warranty, the unit will be repaired/replaced at the relevant cost; all prices will be quoted before work is carried out.
